Payments

Check your spam! Even though we have a super cool email address name, sometimes it might end up there.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that swimwear (swimsuits, bikinis and trunks) and bespoke items can't be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@therefinedspirit.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending returns back to us.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@therefinedspirit.com.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will cancel it.

Shipping

Yes we do ship worldwide 🚀🌎

We have three warehouses located in Europe, the UK and the US; your order will be dispatched from your nearest one.

Please note that the fulfilment location may be subject to product availability.

  • Europe: 3-5 working days
  • US, Canada & Australia: 6-8 working days
  • Rest of the world: 8-12 working days
Please note that each product is embroidered/printed on demand, please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be completed. Moreover, delivery time may vary based on which item(s) you order, for the exact delivery time, please check the product's description.

Of course you do! Each order comes with a tracking number so you can know at any time where your parcel is.

If your tracking link indicates that your order was delivered but you haven't received anything, please visit your local post office as they might store it there if they couldn't deliver it. Moreover, ask your neighbors to see if anyone received it for you.

In the unfortunate case your order got stolen or lost, please contact the carrier service to file a claim. The Refined Spirit is not liable for lost or stolen orders.
